Mission Statement:
To create and facilitate employment and training opportunities for the people of St. Theresa Point First Nation that utilizes partnerships and relationships with other organizations and programs to maximize the effectiveness scope of employment and training opportunities.
Vision:
The vision of the St. Theresa Point Employment and Training is to provide adult and youth community members with the highest educational or employment experience possible for the enhancement of their personal standard of living and overall quality of life.
The following is a sample of the services we provide:

Assistance for Employment Insurance application, Old Age Pensions, Canada Pension Plan, and other Federal Government Benefits.

We have application forms for the following: Social Insurance Numbers, Birth Certificates and others.

Career Centre: We assist with resume and application letter writing. Job bank for local, regional and national jobs.

Sponsorship: We provide assistance for students attending post-secondary training institutions.

Mobility Assistance: To attend training or job interviews

Counselling: All training and job related.
