Human resources is a fast-paced, ever-changing department that works hard to promote STPFN's core value of equity, honesty, respect, fairness, and understanding. Human Resources works in cooperation with other departments to provide career and training opportunities to the employees of STPFN, the promotionof a positive, healthy and productive workplace, and the establishment of procedural policies are a few of the many ongoing projects of the human Resources Department.

Currently the department is evolving and expanding, Human Resources are here to ensure that the employees are treated equally and fairly; in return the employer has the highest potential of hiring on qualified staff.

We have four Human Resource Workers at the time: Barry Flett, Savannah Harper, Jennifer Harper,and Brenda G. Wood. We are available 9am to 5pm to assist the employees.

Human Resources handles: grievance, salaries, promotional, demotions, secondment, leaves, program issues, personnel employee files and protocols and Procedures of the STPFN policy Manual/Human resource Policy.
